Viewing My Work Orders in the Homeowner App
You can view work orders you submitted and, if needed, add notes and attachments.
Open the Menu and tap My Work Orders.
Tap the work order you want to view on the My Work Orders screen.
On the Notes tab of the Work Order Details screen, tap the work order to view additional details.
To add notes, tap Add Note on the Notes tab of the Work Order Details screen.
On the Add Note screen, enter the note text and tap Save.
To view existing attachments on the work order, tap the Attachments tab of the Work Order Details screen.
Tap the attachment to view it on the Attachment screen. You can also Download and Share the attachment.
To add attachments, tap Add Attachment on the Attachments tab of the Work Order Details screen.
Browse to and select an attachment or image. You can also use the device's camera to add a picture.
