Compare vendor bids side by side, using documents you've already uploaded to the board packet, to make an informed decision. This reduces manual work, ensures consistency, and improves the overall presentation of information for board members.
Follow these steps to generate a bid comparison:
In the Bid Compare section, select up to five documents you've already uploaded to the board packet from the drop-down lists.
Click Analyze Documents.
Cephai compares the bids and displays the results in the Bid Compare block. Drag it to the end of the Executive Summary section.
Note: Cephai weighs factors beyond total cost, such as additional services and warranty coverage.
The full comparison displays where you placed it, organized into tables to make it easier for you to rearrange the content.
