Subledgers Overview

Configuring subledgers correctly matters because the check code you assign routes each payment and displays on the statement scanline, and the settings you choose determine whether a homeowner can pay a subledger online or through AutoPay. Set up a subledger incorrectly and a payment can be misrouted, or a subledger can display as unavailable on the Make a Payment page, forcing the homeowner to pay by check instead.
