NOTE: Access to this functionality is controlled by Security Permissions in CINC. If you are unable to access this function, contact your administrator to ensure your permissions are set correctly.
You can access FAQs set up in CINC directly in CINC Manager by tapping the vertical ellipsis in the top right portion of the screen to access the CINC Manager Settings screen, and then tapping the arrow next to FAQs.
From the FAQs screen, you can:
Use the Search bar to find answers as you type.
Tap a question to expand or collapse the answer. If no results are found, the app suggests next steps such as trying a different keyword or category.
Browse FAQs by category.
To select another category or all categories, tap the category down arrow and tap another selection on the FAQs / Select Category screen.
Filter FAQs.
FAQs are filtered to your access level, and private FAQs are clearly labeled.
When viewing a specific association, you'll see FAQs relevant to that community. When viewing Common Answers, general FAQs appear.
To select another association or Common Answers that apply to all associations, tap the association down arrow, and tap another selection on the FAQs / Select Association screen.
