Selecting a Property in CINC Manager

Selecting a Property in CINC Manager

Select the desired association from the Association screen to bring up the list of properties for that association. From this screen you can search for properties on one of the three tabs: Street, Drive, and Map (optional).

Street Tab

The Street tab breaks down the properties into each street within the association. Streets are listed in alphabetical order.

  • Recent Properties, if applicable, lists the most recently viewed properties. When the screen is in landscape orientation, the list displays in the left sidebar. You can search for recent properties by address using the Search.

  • Common Area, if applicable, lists common areas that are present for the selected association.

Tapping on a street will expand it to reveal all the properties located on that street. Properties are listed in numerical order by street number first, and then by unit number, if necessary.

  • If an association has more than 25 streets, the street headers will be displayed on multiple pages in groups of 25 (Street tab only). Navigate through the streets by tapping Prev Page or Next Page. Searching for a property will look across all pages, not just the page you are currently on.

  • Tap More/Less to expand or collapse the community association manager information.

Drive Tab

Properties in the Drive tab will not be grouped by streets and will instead be displayed according to the drive order set in CINC. To work with homeowners by drive order route, tap the Drive tab.

  • When the screen is in landscape orientation, the list displays in the left sidebar.

  • You can search for properties using the Search field.

NOTE: The homeowner drive order can be set up outside of CINC Manager. In CINC, go to Homeowners > Homeowners > Drive Order Tab. In CINC with universal navigation, go to Residents > Violations > Drive order.

Map Tab

Users with the GPS for CINC Manager features enabled will see an additional tab for the Map. For more information, see GPS for CINC Manager.
