You can filter the Association screen property list by tapping the Filter button on any of the tabs.
Owner Filters
Previous Owner with Open Violation: When enabled, new violations automatically start at the next level in the escalation plan if the same violation occurred within the last 12 months.
Display Owners by Status: Filters the property list to show only those homeowners who fit the selected owner status (as configured in CINC). You can select multiple filters.
Property Filters
Display All Properties: When enabled, all properties display on the property list.
Display Properties With: Filters the property list to show properties with only Open Violations, Violations Due for Escalation, Open Work Orders, Open/Pending ACC Requests. You can select multiple filters.
Section Filters
Display All Properties: When enabled, all properties display on the property list, including those without an assigned section.
Display Properties in the Following Sections: Filters properties based on their Sections, which are defined in CINC on the Sections tab of the Association Information screen. You can apply section filters, for example Townhomes, then apply property filters, for example Open Work Orders, on top of them. This would allow you to see only townhomes with open work orders on the property list.
