CINC Manager features additional GPS and Map functionality as an add-on to the main app. This guide walks through the usage of the GPS and map features.
NOTE: If you are interested in adding the GPS and map functionality for your properties, contact your CINC Client Success Manager.
Before using the GPS functionality in CINC Manager, ensure the following:
Enable your device location services in your device settings.
If asked, give the CINC Manager app permission to use your device location. Once allowed, the Enable GPS toggle in the CINC Manager Device Settings will be turned on. The Map tab is only visible when the Enable GPS toggle is active.
(optional) If needed, select the Map tab as the Default tab in CINC Manager Global Settings.
The Map tab is only available in Online Mode. The Map tab does not work in Offline Mode.
