Tapping a street will display the individual property record on the Property Details screen.
Homeowner Information: Tap More to expand the following homeowner’s information: homeowner name, status, contact information (depending on User Settings), and property comments.
Tap on the phone number to start a call.
Tap Less to collapse the homeowner’s information.
Violations: Open violations are indicated by a red violation icon
, with the number of open violations displayed next to the icon.Work Orders: Open work orders are indicated by a green work order icon
, with the number of open work orders displayed next to the icon. You can swipe left to mark open Work Orders as completed.ACC Requests: The number of open ACC requests is also indicated next to the ACC icon
.Notes: The total number of homeowner notes for all open violation records will be displayed next to the Notes icon

To select a homeowner’s record, tap the desired property from either tab to be taken to the Property screen.
NOTE: When navigating back to the Street or Drive tab from a property, the app returns you to your last scrolled-to position.
