From the Property Details screen, tap the Work Order tab to view a list of work orders. Work orders without a linked vendor will display an orange dot.
NOTE: Search for work orders using the search field. (This will search only the active list. To change the list view, tap the Open/All toggle next to the search field and then perform the search). The count next to the Work Order tab will reflect the total number of work orders according to the state of the Open/All toggle.
Searching Work Orders
On the Work Orders tab of the Property Details screen, tap the Open/All toggle next to the Search field to search for Open or All (open and closed) Work Orders.
Enter a Search term. The count next to the Work Orders tab will reflect the total number of work orders according to the state of the Open/All toggle.
Sorting Work Orders
You can customize sorting preferences when viewing work orders. Customized sorting options are applied to properties within the same association in both online and offline modes.
If you change associations or are logged out due to inactivity, the work orders list reverts to the default sorting method selected in User Settings under the Property Sort Settings options.
Tap the Sort icon
on the Work Orders tab of the Property Details screen.
On the Sort Work Orders By screen, select the sort order (Ascending or Descending), tap the sorting method, and tap the X in the upper right corner. The list of work orders display in the selected order.
