To upload documents, you need Add or Update permission for documents and must be assigned to the association. View Only or No Access blocks the document pages entirely.
Superusers and system admins can upload to Global folders and any association.
CAMs, assistant CAMs, and administrative staff can upload to their assigned associations only.
Note: Residents and board members can’t upload. A CAM or administrator uploads for them.
In CINC with universal navigation, go to Settings > Resident portal management > Resident security permissions, then update the user's permissions.
If you use standalone Connect: You can't view or change security groups yourself. Contact CINC Support, and CINC staff update the user's permissions for you.
