Viewing and Signing Non-Voting Consents in Connect

The Consents & Signatures section lets you review and sign non-voting consents for your association electronically. Non-voting consents are association forms that don’t involve casting a vote, such as policy acknowledgements or architectural change agreements. Signing them online streamlines administrative processes by allowing secure digital approvals, so you don’t need to print, mail, or hand-deliver paperwork. Your signed consents are stored in your account, and you can come back to view them at any time.

Follow these steps to sign a non-voting consent form:

  1. Click Consents & Signatures.

  2. The Consents & Signatures page displays the existing consent form. Click Sign Consent.

Note: Click See more to view the full details of the consent before you sign.

  3. Enter your name, sign the consent, enable the I Consent toggle, and then click Submit Consent.

    A confirmation message displays.

  4. To view your signed consents, click the Signed Consents tab.

  5. The Signed Consents tab displays. Search for the appropriate consent and then click See Signed Consents.

  6. The signed consent displays. Click Email Receipt to receive a copy of the receipt.

  7. Click Opt-Out to remove your unit from the consent.

Note: For non-voting consents, once the deadline has passed, you can’t opt back in unless the consent is republished.
