The Consents & Signatures section lets you review and sign voting consents for your association electronically. This allows you to give your consent to vote online securely, so you don’t need to print, mail, or hand-deliver paperwork. Your signed voting consents are stored in your account, and you can come back to view them at any time.
Note: Who can sign a voting consent and vote online depends on how your association is set up:
If your association allows any owner to vote: Any listed owner on a unit can sign the voting consent and vote online once approved. If more than one owner votes, the first vote submitted is the one that counts.
If your association has designated a Voting Member for each unit: Only the designated Voting Member can sign the consent and vote online. If you aren’t sure whether you’re the Voting Member for your unit, contact your community manager.
Follow these steps to sign a voting consent form:
Click Consents & Signatures.
The Consents & Signatures page displays the existing voting consent. Click Sign Consent.
Select the unit(s) you are signing this voting consent for, and then click Sign Consent.
Enter your name, sign the consent, enable the I Consent toggle, and then click Submit Consent.
A confirmation message displays.
To view your signed consents, click See Signed Consents.
Note: You can also click the Signed Consents tab to view all of your signed consents, whether they are voting or non-voting.
The signed consents display for your unit(s). Do any of the following:
Click an individual unit and then click Email Receipt to receive a copy of that unit’s receipt.
Click an individual unit and then click Opt-Out to remove that unit from the consent.
Click Email Consents Receipt(s) to receive a copy of the receipt(s) for all unit consents.
Click Opt-Out All Units to remove all of your units from the consent.
Notes:
If you opt out, you can no longer vote online for that unit. You can opt back in by signing the consent again, but you won’t be able to vote on a ballot whose opt-in deadline has already passed. If you own multiple units, you can opt out of one without affecting the others.
If there is an active vote and the opt-out deadline has already passed, you can’t opt out right away. A message displays letting you know your consent will remain in place until the vote closes.
