Ballots & Votes allows you to participate in community elections and polls. This feature ensures transparency and convenience when casting votes on association matters or board positions.
Notes:
Every unit gets exactly one vote, and once a unit casts its vote, it locks, meaning you can’t change the answer or vote again.
If enabled, Electoral ballots (formal elections) are visible only to each unit's designated Voting Member; other ballot types remain visible to all eligible members.
Follow these steps to participate in elections and polls:
Click the Ballots & Votes.
The Ballots & Votes page displays all available ballots. Click Cast My Vote for the applicable ballot.
Select the unit(s) you would like to cast your ballot for and then click Go To Ballot.
The ballot displays. Make your selection and then click Cast My Vote.
The Confirm Your Selection page displays. Click Submit Vote.
The Thank You For Voting page displays the units the vote was cast for and confirms that an email confirmation has been sent. From here, you have two options:
See Vote Receipts: View a receipt of the submitted vote for your records. Electoral ballots lock votes once submitted; Non-Electoral ballots allow you to click Change All Units Votes and change your vote until the ballot is closed.
Go to Next Ballot: Proceed to vote on another available ballot. If additional ballots are open, the number of remaining ballots display below this button.
