Collections Reports
Once the collections process runs (either daily, each weekday if not processing on weekends, or on the selected process day), a report will generate in the queue containing the collections letters to be printed and mailed to the homeowners.
There are three collections related reports found in Reports > Homeowner Reports: If you are using universal navigation, click Residents > Reports > Resident Reports.
Collection Activity Log (All Associations): All homeowners for all associations or the selected association who have been moved into collections, out of collections or between levels for a specific period.
Collection Activity Log by Association: All homeowners for the selected association who have been moved between the specified collection status/levels for a specific period.
Collections History: A list of all homeowners in one or more collection statuses/levels, by association, for a specific period.
