Left Side Navigation Menu
The left side navigation menu provides access to information and quick navigation functions for user settings, tasks, recent reports, quick links, and the software version/system requirements.
User Name
Click the user’s name hyperlink to open the User Preferences screen where personal information can be updated, and user-specific preferences set. (see Setting User Preferences)
Association
Displays the code for the association. Hover the cursor over the association code to see the association manager’s name.
Region/Office
Displays the Region and Office location of the association.
Alerts
Alerts and reminders run daily and are user specific. They can be set up for a specific association or all associations. Click the alerts link (# Alerts waiting) to open the Current Alerts/Reminders screen. (see Managing Alerts and Reminders)
Queue
Various downloads and exports are sent to the file queue for download. Click the Queue link to open the File Downloads screen. (see The File Queue)
Call Log
The Call Log is an optional, add-on feature that can be used to record conversation notes and track the length of time spent on the phone assisting homeowners, vendors, and other association-related individuals. (see Using the Call Log)
Tasks
The Tasks section displays a list of pending tasks. Click on a task name to view or edit a pending task assigned to you.
Click Add to create a new task for an association to assign to yourself, someone else, or a board member. (see Managing Tasks)
Click View to view, edit, or delete tasks assigned to yourself, someone else, or a board member. (see Managing Tasks)
Click Fee to open the Add New Addendum Fee popup. (see Entering Addendum Quick Charges)
Recent Reports
When certain files or reports are ready to view, they will be listed in the Recent Reports section. Click on the report to download it in the selected format.
Quick Links
Quick Links provides quick access to recently viewed properties, associations, and homeowners. Click the Plus sign to expand each list for additional links.
Software Version/System Requirements
Displays the current CINC Accounting software Version and provides a link to System Requirements.
