CINC features persistent navigation bars on the top and left side of every page, giving you one consistent experience. The bars stay in place no matter where you navigate. Hover over any icon to display its label. After you click an icon, CINC keeps the icon for your current functional area highlighted.
Top Navigation Bar
The top bar displays on every page and gives you global access to search, alerts, settings, and your account.
Expand/Collapse (Sidebar icon): Click to expand or collapse the navigation menus. Collapsing the menus gives you more horizontal screen space, which helps when you work in wide grids or tables. The icons remain visible and functional when you collapse the bar.
Search: Enter a term or find specific pages without leaving your current page. Each search returns three results, and each result includes a brief description and functional area. You can also press Ctrl+K or Cmd+K to start a search.
Notifications (Bell icon): Click to open your Alerts.
Reports: Click to open the File Queue and generate reports.
Account / Log Out (Initials Icon): Displays your initials in the top-right corner. Click to access account options or log out.
Left Navigation Bar
The left bar is your primary way to move between functional areas in CINC.
Communications: Manage notifications and community dashboards.
Residents: Manage contact records. Access the Homeowner Listing, Collections, Drive order, Sections, Transaction History, Resale, and more.
Tasks: Manage your to-do list. Review open tasks and track progress across your portfolio.
Payables: Manage accounts payable and invoices for your communities.
Accounting: Access ledgers and financial workflows for your associations.
Management: Handle core management workflows for your day-to-day operations.
Cephai: Opens the Cephai Task Center, where your available AI skills live.
Associations: Manage everything at the association-level: Amenities, Calendar, Documents, Correspondence tasks, and Setup.
Help: Find support resources, training materials, and guidance
Settings (Gear Icon): Click to open your account and system settings, including Preferences, General settings, Security, User Management, and Resident portal management.
Tips:
Hover over each icon to confirm its label before you click, especially if the bar looks unfamiliar after the update.
Collapse the left bar when you work in wide data views to maximize your screen real estate. Click the Sidebar icon in the top left to reopen it.
Update any saved bookmarks that point to old navigation paths. Navigate to the page with the left bar first, and then re-bookmark it from there.
Find reports through Insights so you know where they live going forward, even if you previously accessed them a different way.
