Cephai can use documents as a data source when answering questions. For example, if a user asks what day trash day is, Cephai can answer using information from documents that have been enabled in the WebAxis Admin Portal.
Note: You cannot enable board-only folders and documents.
Configuring Global Document Categories for AI
Click Manage Content > Global Document Category.
Click Edit for the document category.
Select Enable AI in CINC Manager. After 24 hours, Cephai will be able to use the documents as a source for answering questions.
Click Update.
Configuring Association Documents for AI
Click Manage Content > Documents.
Select an association.
Select a document category.
Select Enable AI in CINC Manager. After 24 hours, Cephai will be able to use the documents as a source for answering questions.
Click Update.
