A session ends when you navigate away from the Cephai chat screen. View your chat history by tapping the Cephai icon and tapping Chat History.

You can filter the Chat History screen by selecting a date range and tapping Apply.

Tap on a Chat History item to view the details.

Admin users can view Cephai chat history for all CINC Manager users by accessing the WebAxis Admin Portal.

Click Manage Content &gt; Cephai &gt; User Chat History. Chats that originated in CINC Manager are marked with a green dot.

Select your association and date filters, then click Refresh.

Click Details. A Chat History Details screen appears containing the chat details shown below.
