Welcome letters automatically generate overnight for properties processed through the Resale page the previous day. The system then marks the Welcome Letter processed to prevent duplicate generation.
The system selects properties where:
The property status has the Welcome Letter toggle enabled
The property has a related property ID (processed through resale)
A welcome letter has not yet been generated
The property belongs to an association with a welcome letter template configured
