After posting a violation job, you can generate and distribute letters to homeowners to notify them of any outstanding violations.
Follow these steps to send violation letters from CINC if you are using LetterStream or HOAMailers:
In CINC, go to Homeowners > Export Print Jobs.
OR
In CINC with universal navigation, go to Associations > Correspondence Tasks > Export Print Jobs.
Locate your file in the drop-down list.
Select the checkbox at the top and select Approve.
Note: If you want to remove a letter, click Delete. Using Decline declines the entire print job.
