The Home Value Insights (HVI) section gives you an at-a-glance view of your unit’s estimated value, how it compares to recent market activity in the area, and local market commentary from a licensed real estate professional. This information is pulled automatically and requires no setup or input from the management company. It’s simply available for reference.
Follow these steps to access the HVI:
Click the My Property

The My Property page displays. Click Home Value Insights.
The Home Value Insights displays the estimated value, recent sales, a score reflecting recent market activity inside the community, and a local real estate agent.
Notes:
The value is an estimate, not an appraisal. It updates weekly, so it can differ from an agent’s or lender’s number. Use it to follow trends over time.
The featured agent is simply a resource. A local agent may display on the page, but the HOA doesn’t endorse them, and you never have to use them.
No Community Score? That’s normal. The score displays once the community has enough recent home sales.
