Viewing the Insights Dashboard in the Communications Skill

The Insights dashboard gives you a bird's-eye view of how your team communicates and how much time Cephai AI tools save you. It helps managers and team leads track productivity trends over time, not just day-to-day inbox volume.

Tip: Check the Insights dashboard at the start of each week or month to spot trends early. A rising average response time or a drop in AI adoption can signal that your team needs support before the issue grows.

Follow these steps to view the Insights dashboard:

1. Click Email insights or See your Cephai Communication trends and insights button..

2. The Communication insights page displays a plain-language summary of your team's activity for the selected time period. The initial view may look sparse; however, the summary and charts become richer over time as Cephai learns your team's patterns. As activity builds, the summary highlights key changes, such as improvements in response time or increases in Cephai draft usage. Review the charts and data as necessary.

Note: To change the data displayed, use the Week and Month toggle in the top right of the dashboard, or select a specific date range to focus on a particular period.

The dashboard includes the following data:

Description

AI Assistance Adoption

Displays a bar chart of total emails sent, AI-drafted emails sent, and AI drafts sent without any edits, broken down by week. Use this chart to see how often your team relies on AI drafts and whether that adoption is growing. An indicator below the chart shows the percentage change in AI-drafted emails compared to the previous month.

Average Email Response Time

Displays your team's average time, in hours, from receiving an email to sending a reply. This figure displays at the top right of the dashboard. A trend indicator shows whether the number has improved or declined compared to the previous period

AI-Drafted Emails Percentage

Displays the share of all outgoing emails that were generated using an AI draft. This percentage reflects overall AI adoption across your team, and a month-over-month trend indicator accompanies it.

Emails Received per Association

Displays a bar chart that breaks down incoming email volume by community. Use this view to identify which associations generate the most correspondence and whether any community shows an unusual spike in activity.

Emails Received per Group

Displays a pie chart that breaks down incoming emails by sender type. This chart gives you a quick read on who drives your inbox volume and whether the mix shifts over time.
