You can customize sorting preferences when viewing violations. Customized sorting options are applied to properties within the same association in both online and offline modes.
You can sort Violations in ascending or descending order by Violation Date, Escalation Date, Violation Type, and Violation Status.
If you change associations or are logged out due to inactivity, the violations list reverts to the default sorting method selected in User Settings under the Property Sort Settings options.
Tap the Sort icon
on the Violations tab of the Property Details screen.
On the Sort Violations By screen, select the sort order (Ascending or Descending), tap the sorting method, and tap the X in the upper right corner. The list of violations displays in the selected sort order.
