Start a new bulk violation by selecting an association, adding one or more properties to the batch, and assigning a single Violation Type and Violation Items that apply to every property in it. You can attach a photo to each property as you go or save without one and add images later.
Search for and select the association.
Do one of the following:
On the Create New Bulk Violation screen, tap Select a Violation.
Select a Violation Type from the list (these will be sorted in alphabetical order).
On the next screen, select at least one of the Violation Item(s) associated with the selected Violation Type and then tap Next.
NOTE: Violation Items that were previously deselected are removed from the search filter results if they no longer fit into an active search criterion.
Once the Violation Type and Violation Items are selected, the rest of the fields on the Create Bulk Violation screen appear.
To add an optional description for a Violation Item, tap Enter Add’l Description. Manually enter or tap an additional description on the Select Description screen.
The Create New Bulk Violation screen is displayed.
Do one of the following:
To save the bulk violation without an image, tap Save without Photo. Tap Continue on the Warning message.
To add an image to the bulk violation, tap Take Photo.
You can:
Save the photo to the bulk violation.
Cancel and not save the photo.
Retake the photo and discard the current photo.
Edit the photo if needed to crop or rotate the image and then save the photo.
From the Association screen, continue adding violations to the bulk violation as needed.
