Adding or Deleting Violation Images in CINC Manager

Images can be added to new or existing violations:

  • Violation letters will only use the image marked as the favorite, indicated by the Star icon.

  • Images marked as the favorite can either be applied automatically or manually. (This is done through a setting on the Association Settings screen.)

    • Automatic: The app will automatically tag the most recent image added as the favorite. If the most recent picture has been deleted, the next most recent image will be used.

    • Manual: Tap the Star icon for one image to tag it as the favorite. If the manual method is chosen, the app will not let you save the violation until a favorite image has been tagged.

      • Time stamps are automatically added to every violation image for Apple devices and will be displayed on the image in the app, CINC, and the violation letters. In addition, the filename of the image is saved with the date and time stamp of the image. For example, if the date and time stamp of the image is 10/9/2021 at 8:38am, the filename will be “20211009 08:38:12 AM-app.jpg.”

  • Violation photos can only be moved from one violation to another by deleting the photo from the violation and adding it to the other violation.
