Notes can be added to a violation but edited only from within CINC. System-generated notes are not editable.
Tap the Note icon
on the Violation screen.On the Add Note screen, select from the Note Types drop-down. Public or private (internal) Note Types are available.
Enter the desired note and tap the Save icon.
