The Escalation Date on Open Violations can be extended only to a future date. If the Violation is linked to active Recurring Fines, re-approval of the fine is required.
On the Violations tab on the Property screen, tap the Escalation Date.
When extending an escalation date on a Violation that requires re-approval, tap Change when prompted.
Select the new date and tap Confirm.
