Configuring Cephai AI Name
Click Manage Content > Cephai / AI Name. If you are using universal navigation, click Settings > General > Cephai Chat Settings.
Click Add AI Name.
Enter a Name and Display Name. The name appears on the AI Name tab and the Display Name appears in the homeowner application.
Click Save. Once saved, you can click Edit to change the name or click Delete to remove the name from the AI Name tab.
From the AI Name tab, click Choose Association.
In the Enable column, select the checkbox for associations in which the AI name should be used (rather than the default). You can also use the Enable All and Disable All buttons to make select/deselect all associations at once.
Click Save.
Viewing Name Change History
From the Choose Associations screen of the AI Name tab, click View History to see when and who enabled or disabled the AI name at a given association and when the change occurred.
