Configuring Cephai AI Disclaimers
Homeowner app users can tap an exclamation mark icon when chatting with Cephai to view the Cephai disclaimer. To change the default disclaimer:
Click Manage Content > Cephai / Disclaimers. If you are using universal navigation, click Settings > General > Cephai Chat Settings.
Click Add Disclaimer.
Enter the following information:
Name: The name for Cephai that will appear on the Admin Portal.
Disclaimer: Type the disclaimer message.
Click Save. Once saved, you can click Edit to change the name or Delete to remove the name from the Disclaimers tab.
From the Disclaimers tab, click Choose Association.
In the Enable column, select the checkbox for associations in which the AI name should be used (rather than the default). You can also use the Enable All and Disable All buttons to make select/deselect all associations at once.
