Enabling Cephai AI for Associations
To enable the Cephai AI menu item at an association:
Click Manage Content > Cephai / Associations Settings. If you are using universal navigation, click Settings > General > Cephai Chat Settings.
Select the Cephai Enabled checkbox for associations in which you want Cephai to appear in homeowner app. You can also use the Enable All and Disable All buttons to make select/deselect all associations at once.
Click Save.
Viewing Association Settings History
From the Association Settings tab, click View History to see when and who enabled or disabled the Cephai AI at a given association and when the change occurred.
