Configuring Cephai AI IDK Answers
You can customize Cehpai’s default response when it’s unable to answer a question (i.e., IDK). If no customized response is set, Cephai uses the global default IDK answer.
Click Manage Content > Cephai / IDK Answers. If you are using universal navigation, click Settings > General > Cephai Chat Settings.
Click Add IDK Answer.
Enter the IDK Name and the IDK Text, and then click Save.
Once saved, you can click Edit to change the IDK Answer or Delete to remove the IDK Answer from the IDK Answers tab.
On the IDK Answers tab, click Choose Association next to the newly added IDK Answer.
In the Enable column on the Choose Associations screen, select the checkbox for associations in which the IDK Answer should be used (rather than the default). You can also use the Enable All and Disable All buttons to make select/deselect all associations at once.
Click Save.
