Configuring Web Notification for Cephai AI Document Intake
You can configure a new web email notification for Cephai AI Document Status that alerts a recipient when a document fails to upload during this process.
To configure the email template:
Click System Settings > Maintain Email Templates. If you are using universal navigation, click Communications > Broadcast > Maintain Email Templates.
Select the AI Document Status (Web Email Notification) template.
Complete the template fields. You can insert the following Tags in the AI Document Status template:
AI Association Document List: Includes the following for every association document that failed in an association-specific folder:
Document Name
Document Folder
Association Name
AI Document Process Date: Date of when the AI document loader ran and failed for the listed documents.
AI Global Document List: includes the following for every global document that failed in a global folder:
Document Name
Document Folder
Click Save.
This template corresponds to the AI Document Status Web Email Notification configured on the Settings > Setup Web Email Notifications screen. If you are using universal navigation, click Settings > General > System Email Notifications.
