Configuring Cephai AI Greetings
Cephai gives a default greeting when homeowners begin a chat. To change the default greeting:
Click Manage Content > Cephai / Greetings. If you are using universal navigation, click Settings > General > Cephai Chat Settings.
Click Add Greeting.
Enter a name for the greeting and type the message in the Greeting field.
Click Save. Once saved, you can click Edit to change the name or Delete to remove the name from the Greetings tab.
From the Greetings tab, click Choose Association.
In the Enable column, select the checkbox for associations in which the AI Greeting should be used (rather than the default). You can also use the Enable All and Disable All buttons to make select/deselect all associations at once.
