Download options are available by tapping the Download Options button on the Device Settings screen.

Download Violation Images: When enabled, downloads will include the favorited (starred) images for violations.

Download Violation Notes: When enabled, downloads will include violation notes.

Download Work Orders: When enabled, downloads will include work orders.

Download All Work Order Images: When enabled, downloads will include work order images. If the Download Work Order setting is not enabled, the Download All Work Order Images option will also be set to Off.

Download Work Order Notes: When enabled, downloads will include work order notes.

Download ACC’s: When enabled, downloads will include ACCs.

Download All ACC Attachments: When enabled, downloads will include all ACC attachments, both images and files.

Download ACC Notes: When enabled, downloads will include ACC Notes.
