Cephai can assist you with writing Violation and Work Order emails on the respective email screens.
When viewing the Property Details screen, select the specific Violation or Work Order from the respective tabs.
Tap the Email icon at the top of the screen.
Tap Ask Cephai.
You can copy text entered in the Message field into the Cephai chat window by tapping Ask Cephai.
When you tap Insert on the Cephai chat window, you can choose Keep Editing to discard the Cephai suggested text or Replace to keep the Cephai suggested text.
In the Cephai chat window, prompt Cephai to help you draft the email by providing details on what you want the email to say. For example:
Write me a message saying violations are overdue.
Please let the vendor know this work order needs to be completed asap because it's preventing homeowners from being able to use the pool.
Tap the submit button to get Cephai’s response.
Once Cephai responds, you can tap Rephrase then tap Professional, Friendly, or Shorten to have Cephai adjust the tone and language of the email.
You can edit what Cephai generated until you are satisfied with the message.
Note: Any merge tags used by Cephai are suggestions by Cephai and will need to be manually updated before sending. These are not automatically replaced when the email is sent.
Once finalized, tap Insert to add the generated text to the email body.
