Tap the Download icon next to the association name on the Association screen.
NOTE: For larger associations, the download may be a large file and take some time to complete.
If needed, tap Custom to modify the download options.
Options include:
Date Range: All or Custom. Downloads with a custom date range will include data for the selected properties from the Start Date through the current date.
Select All Streets: If this toggle is On, all streets and properties will be included in the download. The total number of properties included in the download will be indicated next to the toggle when it is On.
To select specific streets, keep the toggle off and tap the desired streets to download. Each selected street name will indicate the total property count when tapped. Tap Clear to clear the current selection.
To download only the properties in the drive order, tap the Drive tab.
Tap Download.
If you receive a Network Unresponsive error message, toggle off some of the Download Options (see Download Options in CINC Manager). Then, click Try Again on the error message.
Once the association has been downloaded, it will display a timestamp of when the download was completed on the Management Company screen.
