Reassigning Violation Jobs
Whoever created the violation owns the open violation job, but you can reassign it. Only the person assigned to the violation job can make changes to the violations in that job.
Select CCR > Open Violations Jobs. If you are using universal navigation, click Residents > Violations > Open Jobs.
Select the checkbox next to the Job to enable the Assigned drop down.
Select a new Assigned and click Save.
