Violation Template: The letter that the homeowner will receive regarding the violation. This can contain all of the other templates (Violation Sub-template, Covenant Template, and Fining Policy Template) with the exception of Violation Closed. See Setting up Violation Templates.

NOTE: The Violation Closed letter is generated upon closure of the violation.

Violation Sub-Template: A section of the violation template that lists detailed/additional descriptions of the violation. See Setting up Violation Sub-Templates.

Covenant Template: A section of the violation template that lists the specific association’s policies and regulations regarding the Violation. See Setting up the Association-specific Covenant Templates (Optional).

Fining Policy Template: A section of the violation template that Includes information from the management company regarding policy information on fining. See Setting up Fining Policy Templates (Optional).
