Downloads can be paused or interrupted to be resumed later. Every property queued to download indicates whether it was downloaded successfully, is still pending to be downloaded, or has been downloaded with a sync pending status (meaning it has changes that were made to it offline that need to be synced). Once you have made the download selection, tap the Download button to begin the download.
Once the download begins, the progress of the download will be indicated on the screen. It will also indicate which property is currently being downloaded. You can pause the download by tapping the Pause icon in the middle of the progress wheel. You will also be alerted if the download is interrupted.
NOTE: Downloads will not continue if you leave the app (or if the device goes to sleep and is in a locked state) while it is still in progress. The app will prevent the device from locking during a download. To ensure the download finishes successfully, do not leave the app.
If a download is incomplete (either due to being paused or interrupted), you will be taken to the Download Incomplete screen, giving three options:
Resume: Tapping this option will resume the download from where it left off.
Restart: Tapping this option will remove what was already downloaded and restart the download selection from the beginning.
Exit: Tapping this option will allow you to work with only the data that has been downloaded while in offline mode.
NOTE: Your download selection cannot be modified once the download begins. To make a new selection or adjust the current selection, delete your existing download, and begin the selection process again.
If you choose to exit the Download Incomplete screen and work with an incomplete download, the download status of each property is indicated by a colored circle while still in online mode (both in the street header and each individual property).
If a download selection is incomplete, you can Resume or Restart the download by accessing the Download Incomplete screen again by tapping the Resume icon next to the association name on the Association screen.
Also, downloads not completed will be indicated on the download timestamp on the Management Company screen as a partial download.
When a download has completed successfully, a checkmark will be displayed next to the association name on the Association screen. This will indicate that all selected properties have been downloaded successfully.
