Configuring Contact Mailing Address Limits
The Number of Contact Mailing Addresses limits the number of mailing addresses a contact can select for their account based on the number entered. This setting is also honored when contacts make changes to their profile in the community portal.
To set the mailing address limit for contacts:
In CINC Core, go to System > Company Profile.
The Company Profile page displays. Click the Settings tab.
The Settings page displays. Enable the Require One Contact to Have a Statement Type toggle as needed.
Click Save.
