You can register every contact in an association for CINC Connect all at once, saving you from adding each person individually.
Follow these steps to bulk register users in CINC Core:
In CINC Core, go to Setup > Association Setup.
OR
In universal navigation, go to Associations > View all.
The Association List page displays. Select the checkbox next to the association whose residents you want to register.
Click Register.
A Confirmation window displays. Click Ok. Any resident in that association who has an email address on file and isn't already in CINC Connect is automatically added to Connect.
Locate the appropriate association and send the activation emails. See Sending an Association Account Activation Email.
Note: The system only sends emails to contacts who haven't activated yet, so no one receives a duplicate email.
