You can add new document folders to help keep each association’s files organized and easy to navigate.
Follow these steps to add a new association document folder:
In CINC Connect Super Admin, select Documents > Association Documents on the left side menu. You can also add association document folders on the Documents tab of the Associations > All Associations > Association page.
OR
In universal navigation, go to Associations > Documents > Association documents.
Select the appropriate association.
The Association Documents page displays the available storage and a breakdown of Authorized Access, Admin, and Public folders. Click any section to view these folders.
Click Add New.
The New Association Document page displays. Click New Folder.
The New Association Folder page displays. Enter the Folder Name and Description.
Select the Permission Type, either Public, Restricted, Authorized, or Admin.
Note: If you select Authorized, you must then select a User Profile type and Committee type that will have access to this folder.
If applicable, click the Enable for AI Resident App toggle to make this folder and documents in it accessible to the AI-powered resident app functionality of CINC Connect.
If applicable, click the Enable for AI CINC Manager App toggle to make this folder and any documents in it accessible to the manager-facing CINC Manager app.
If applicable, click the Tags toggle to apply keyword labels to that folder and any documents in it. These tags help with classification, searchability, filtering, and often reporting and analytics.
Select a tag from the list or create a new tag and then click Add.
Note: Click to remove any unnecessary tags.
Click Save.
The system adds the folder to the Association Documents page.
