Cephai Hub Productivity Dashboard
The Cephai+ Productivity Dashboard displays information about the Cephai+ assistants, their usage, and profitability data.
Log into cinccephai.com and select the Productivity tab.
Select your filters:
Association: Filters the data by a specific association(s).
Manager: Filters the data by a specific association(s).
Date: Defaults to the current month. Currently, if you want to change the month, you need to click the eraser button to remove the previous month before selecting a different one.
The dashboard displays the following information:
Total AI Actions: Count of every task completed for all active Cepahi+ assistants.
Total Time Saved: Estimate of total time saved for all active Cephai+ assistants based on an average hourly rate it takes an individual to perform the activities.
Total Cost Savings: Estimate of cost savings based on the time saved and an assumed, typical salary for an individual performing the activities across all active Cephai+ assistants.
Total ROI: Calculates ROI based on the Total Cost Savings and the cost of using Cephai+.
Total AI Actions by Type (count):
Invoices Processed: The number of invoices coded with Cephai+ and saved on Vendors / Review AI Coded Invoices screen in CINC Accounting.
EFTs Processed: The number of EFT invoices created in on Banking > Reconcile Bank Transactions, Review AI Reconciliation Suggestions screen. If you are using universal navigation, click Accounting > Daily > Reconcile Bank Transactions.
Time Savings by Type (count): Estimates the amount of time saved by using Cephai+ based on the average hourly rate it takes an individual to perform the activities.
Cost Savings by Type (count): Estimates the cost savings based on the time saved and an assumed, typical salary for an individual performing the activities.
AI Actions by Type (graph): AI actions taken based on date.
Time Savings Trend (graph): Periodic time savings data to show trends.
Cost Savings Trend (graph): Periodic time savings data to show trends.
AI Processing Accuracy Percent (graph): Calculates Cephai+’s accuracy percentage based on the number of times it has successfully coded the Association, GL account, and Vendor without the user manually changing those fields during the review process.
