Sending Notifications

You can create, schedule, and manage notifications, giving you control over how and when messages are delivered to users.

Follow these steps to send a notification:

  1. In CINC Connect Super Admin, select Communications Center > Notifications on the left side menu.

OR

In universal navigation, go to Communications > Broadcast > Notifications.

  1. The Notifications page displays all the current notifications and includes a count on the top of the page of Sent, Scheduled, and Draft notifications. Click Add New.

  2. Sending Notifications_1

The New Notification page displays, along with a Recipients Preview window. This window dynamically displays key information such as the estimated number of recipients, available delivery channels, and if any of these channels are blocked for certain users. This helps you better understand the reach of the communication before finalizing it. Hover over any of the Information icons to view information about any block channels.
