What is Cephai?

Cephai is our virtual AI assistant that powers multiple features focused on saving you time and improving work-flows across the suite of CINC solutions.

Cephai+ includes features within CINC Accounting as well as the Cephai Hub, which is a new portal separate from CINC Accounting. Click the link below to view help for the Cephai+ agents:

With the proper security permission, users can access the Cephai Hub by clicking the Cephai+ button on the Icon Menu bar in CINC Accounting.

CINC Manager users can use Cephai chat service to get quick information and assist with writing certain correspondence emails directly in app.

Cephai chat service is available in the Webaxis Homeowner & Board Portal and the Homeowner & Board App. For more information about using the chat service in WebAxis, refer to the online help portal accessed through the WebAxis Admin Portal.
