Enabling Board and Committees Features for Association Templates in Super Admin

Follow these steps to enable board and committee features:

  1. In CINC Connect Admin, go to Associations > Association Templates.

    OR

    In CINC with universal navigation, go to Associations > Setup > Association templates.

  2. The Association Templates page displays the existing templates. Click the appropriate template.

  3. The template displays. Click the Features tab.

  4. Click the Board & Committees tab.

  5. Enable the following toggles to make options available for boards and committees, then enable the corresponding committee name toggles to specify the individual board and committee members.

Accounts Receivable

Provides board members with a clear, read-only view of unit balances, aging, and payment history, helping them monitor delinquencies without performing any collection or accounting actions.

Board Aging

Gives board members a snapshot of overdue balances by aging brackets, showing delinquency trends without exposing sensitive owner details or allowing any actions.

Board Action Items

Allows board members to view and track open items that require their attention, such as approvals or architectural requests. It helps streamline collaboration and supports timely responses without allowing direct task execution.

Board ACC Review

Allows board members to view and track open items like pending approvals or architectural requests, supporting collaboration and timely follow-up without allowing task execution.

Board Violations Review

Provides board members with a clear view of open, pending, or escalated violations, including case details, photos, notes, and compliance history, supporting informed decisions.

Board Work Orders Review

Allows board members to view, comment on, and track maintenance tasks, including details, notes, and attachments, supporting informed oversight.

Invoice Approval

Allows board members to review and approve or reject vendor invoices, with access to details, supporting documents, and payment history for transparent oversight.

Bank Summary

Gives board members real-time visibility into linked account balances, providing a clear snapshot of available funds for informed decisions.

Vendor Payment History

Allows board members to review past vendor payments, including dates, amounts, and statuses, supporting expense tracking and accountability.

Homeowner List

Allows board members with a directory-style view of all homeowners, including unit or address and account number for quick reference.
