Contacts and Consent -Setting Up Board Members in CINC Core
Board member roles in CINC Core are assigned at the contact level. This means that when a homeowner serves on the board, their specific contact record is linked to the board member role, ensuring that board-related correspondence and permissions are tied to the correct individual.
Follow these steps to set up board members:
In CINC Core, go to Setup > Association Setup.
The Association List page displays. Select the association’s link.
The Association Information page displays. Click the Directory tab.
The Board Members page displays. Select Board Members as the View option. This page displays board members as well as committee members for an association.
Select the appropriate member type from the Board/Committee drop-down list and click Refresh. The committee types are created in the System > Drop Down Options.
To view or edit an existing member's information, click on the member’s name in the grid. Their information auto-populates in the bottom portion of the page. Edit as needed and click Save.
To delete an existing member, select the checkbox next to that member’s name and click Delete.
To add a new member to the board or to a committee, click New.
At the bottom of the page, enter the following information and click Save:
