Monitoring Community KPIs
Monitoring Community KPIs
At the top of the dashboard, interactive KPIs provide quick access to key administrative actions across all associations. These KPIs allow you to manage account requests, awaiting activations, pending reservations, and scheduled notifications, making it easy to monitor activity and take action from one centralized location.
You can also view summary metrics for your portfolio, including the total number of associations you manage, the total number of units across those associations, the total number of users with access, and the total number of administrators assigned.
Follow these steps to monitor the community KPIs:
In CINC Connect Super Admin, select Dashboard on the left side menu.
OR
In universal navigation, go to Communications > Broadcast > Community Feed.
The Dashboard page displays. Review the KPIs as needed.
Note: A user record moves through three states: Registered (added to Connect, not yet invited), Awaiting Activation (the activation email has been sent, but the homeowner hasn’t set a password), and Active (activation is complete and the homeowner can log in). A large growing Awaiting Activation count usually means invitations need to be sent or resent.
Click the Account Request KPI to view a list of new user account requests. From there, you can review request details and approve or deny access. Go to Viewing Account Requests.
Click the Awaiting Activation KPI to view the approved accounts that have not yet been activated. From there, you can complete activation to allow users to access the community. Go to Managing Users.
Click the Pending Reservation KPI to review reservation requests that require action. From there, you can approve, deny, or update reservation details as needed. Go to Editing Amenity Reservations.
Click the Schedule Notification KPI to view notifications that are scheduled to be sent. From there, you can review, edit, or cancel upcoming notifications. Go to Managing the Communications Center.
