You can send emails from your own domain (For example, [email protected]) instead of the default system address. Once verified, this address is used for all email sent from Connect and Super Admin on behalf of the management company.

Follow these steps to configure do not reply emails:

  1. In CINC Connect Super Admin, select Settings on the left side menu.

In universal navigation, go to Settings > Resident portal management > Global settings.

  1. The Settings page displays. Click the General tab.

  2. In the Email Sender Config section, enter the appropriate email address and management display name, and then click Save.

  3. Click View Records.

  4. The DNS Records page displays. Click Copy All.

  5. The management company administrator must add these records in the domain hosting provider. For example, GoDaddy, Cloudflare, Namecheap.

  6. Once the domain is verified, the Status displays as Verified and all emails from Connect and Super Admin, on behalf of the management company, will use the provided sender address.

Note: Editing the email address domain (For example, @yourcommunity.com) triggers a re-verification process. Emails revert to the default system address until the new domain is verified.
