How are Contact Email Addresses Validated?
To improve the accuracy and reliability of contact records, email addresses are validated at the point of entry in the WebAxis Homeowner and Board Portal. This helps prevent invalid or mistyped email addresses from being saved to contact records, reducing delivery issues for system communications.
Validation occurs in the following situations:
During the portal registration process
When a homeowner updates their email address on the My Profile page
The system checks the email address before the homeowner clicks Save, catching errors before they are written to the contact record.
